2、气路循环系统：压缩机工作时，空气经过自洁式空气过滤器被吸入，通过PLC自动清洗过滤器，空气在经过进口导叶自动调节后进入一级压缩，经一级压缩后的气体温度较高，然后进入中间冷却器进行冷却(水走管内，气走管外，中冷器的水流量要求为110m/h)之后进入二级压缩系统，为避免系统中的气体倒入压缩腔内(避免带压起动)在压缩机的排气管道安装有一只悬挂全启式止回阀，压缩机排出的气体推开止回阀进入排气消声器，然后进入一级后冷器，二级后冷器，再进入排气主管道。

3、水路循环系统：冷却水通过管道进入空压机中间冷却器对一级压缩排出的气体进行冷却降温，再进入后冷器对排气进行冷却，另一路冷却水进水管道经过主电机上部的两组换热器冷却电机绕组，还有一路对油冷却器进行冷却。
3.
